Fashion designer Simone Khambatta and late actor Sushant Singh Rajput's former manager Shruti Modi on Thursday deposed before the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) while Bollywood actor Rakul Preet Singh claimed that she did not receive the summon and will not appear today. On Thursday, NCB summoned her again and now, the actress will join the probe into drugs abuse tomorrow.
Earlier it was said that Rhea Chakraborty's bail plea will not be heard today but now, the actress's and her brother Showik Chakraborty's application will be heard today. On Thursday, the hearing was postponed due to heavy rains. Rhea's lawyer Satish Maneshinde has released an official statement which states that the hearing will be taken up today. In the bail plea, Rhea has claimed that Sushant used to procure and consume drugs while she is innocent.
Former Bihar DGP Bihar Gupteshwar Pandey said that he is yet to decide on contesting the state assembly elections and has not taken any advantage of the death of late actor Sushant Singh Rajput.

Today, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) continues to quiz Sushant Singh Rajput's former talent manager Jaya Saha and KWAN CEO Dhruv Chitgopekar in the Bollywood drugs probe. Producer Madhu Mantena arrived at NCB office at 12 pm for interrogation. The biggest update came when NCB send summons to Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan, Shraddha Kapoor, Rakul Preet Singh and others.
