Dhoni-Raina to launch seven-a-side cricket league in Dubai: Report

Though the league will have a lavish launch, it is not likely to feature any gazebo names.

Players who are part of IPL or Big Bash League are restricted from participating in the league. However organizers will make an effort to rope in an international star from time to time.
