2. Hakarl
Hakarl is shark's meat, a delicacy of Iceland. It is made by fermenting the meat for four to five months. It has ammonia like disgusting smell.
3. Stuffed Camel
This dish hold's the Guinness world record for the largest item on menu. It is a traditional Bedouin wedding dish, served at the weddings of sheikhs and of their family members. The stuffed camel has a stuffing of twenty chickens and the chicken is also stuffed with a mixture of rice and egg. The whole camel is then barbecued on fire and served when cooked.
4. Casu Marzu
The strangest cheese in the world, it is found in Sardinia, Italy. It is a sheep milk cheese, live insect larvae live inside the cheese. Insect larvae are deliberately put inside the cheese to enhance fermentation. People brush out the insects before eating the cheese.
