A major fire broke out at a shoe factory in West Delhi's Udyog Nagar on Monday morning, Delhi Fire Service officials said. While no injuries have been reported so far in the incident, five-six persons are feared to be missing, said official.
A major fire broke out at Delhi's Lajpat Nagar on Saturday, officials said. The fire was reported from a showroom in the Central Market and fire tenders have been rushed to the spot.
Delhi: Eight people rescued from the fire in a furniture market in Shastri Park. "Fire was reported at 12:45 am & involved around 250 furniture & hardware shops in the market. 32 fire tenders were pressed into action & fire was brought under control by 3 am," a fire official said.
More than 100 staff deployed in fire fighting operation, it will be brought under control, informed Deputy Chief Fire Officer of New Delhi Zone Dr Sanjay Tomar.
