Actor Abhishek Bachchan recently expressed his hatred for broccoli on social media but his wife Aishwarya Rai Bachchan served him the same green veggie for the meal. The actor tweeted a picture of the dish and this became the topic of discussion on social media. Actress Deepika Padukone reacted to his tweet and clearly expressed her liking for the vegetable. Well, it seems like Deepika is on Aishwarya’s side. Now, you finally know the reason behind their fit bodies.

Abhishek took to micro-blogging site Twitter and wrote, “Why?? Why would anybody do such a thing? WHY??... I mean…. Who even likes broccoli?!?!”

Reacting to the actor’s tweet, the dimpled beauty wrote, “Mmeeeee!!!”

This is known to all that Aishwarya is not on Twitter but her recent activity indicated that she closely keeps tabs on Junior B’s posts. The lady made her Instagram debut a day before walking the red carpet of Cannes Film Festival.

After Abhishek shared the picture of quinoa salad with broccoli and tomatoes prepared by Aish, people on social media invited themselves to dinner.

On the professional front, Deepika was last seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmaavat alongside Shahid Kapoor and Ranveer Singh. Abhishek is occupied with the work of Anurag Kashyap’s Manmarziyaan and Aishwarya will next be seen in Fanne Khan alongside Anil Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao.
