New Delhi: It looks like yesterday when ‘Dabangg' starring Salman Khan and Sonakshi Sinha was released. This was Sonakshi’s first step in Bollywood.

1. Sonakshi started her career as a costume designer for the movie, ‘Mera Dil Leke Dekho’ in the year 2005.
2. Before making her debut on the silver screen Sonakshi Sinha was a model. She walked on the ramp for Lakme Fashion Week in the year 2008 and 2009.
3. The diva has a unique way to fight stress- playing with her cute little puppies.
4. Sonakshi Sinha loves drawing sketches and painting. In fact, one of her paintings was also shown in her movie ‘Lootera’ opposite Ranveer Singh.
5. The actress is a complete movie buff and her favourite movie list features Madagascar, Zoolander, Primal Fera, Love Actually, Notting Hill, About a Boy, Kung Fu Panda and Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge.
6. Apart from painting, Sonakshi also loves spending time with books and is an avid reader. Two of her favourite books are Gregory David Roberts’ famous novel ‘Shantaram’ and Dan Brown’s ‘The Da Vinci Code’
