Mumbai: The Maharashtra  government released 70-year old 1993 Mumbai blast accused Zeibunissa Kazi on parole to take care of her aged mother.

Zeibunissa withdrew her plea against the central government which she had earlier submitted in High Court.

Accused of possessing illegal weapons, Kazi was sentenced to 5 year imprisonment and was lodged in Pune's Yerwada jail.
