SSB letter reveals Bihar JD(U) minister has terror links, Bihar police denies
A report of Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB) has hinted that two suspected ISI agents, who are residents of Motihari and Sitamarhi, are known to Bihar Minority Welfare Minister Shahid Ali Khan.
