Drishyam actress Shriya Saran has finally got hitched to her Russian boyfriend Andrei Koscheev in a private affair at her residence in Mumbai on March 12. The hush-hush ceremony took place in the presence of their family and only few close friends. The wedding was performed as per Hindu rituals. She donned pink bridal attire. Before the nuptials, Shriya organised a pre-wedding party, as per a Mid-Day report.
"It was a private affair with only family members and close friends present. The only celebrity guests present were Manoj Bajpayee and wife Shabana, who stay in the neighbourhood,” the report quotes the source saying.
Earlier, there were reports that Shriya Saran will be tying the knot in a three-day wedding ceremony on March 18 in Udaipur, Rajasthan.
Shriya Saran made her but with Telegu movie Ishtam in 2001. Within a span of few years, she became a popular face of Telegu cinema and worked with biggies like Balakrishna, Nagarjuna and Chiranjeevi. She reached the ultimate height of her career when she featured with superstar Rajinikanth in Sivaji.
Shriya Saran has a career spanning nearly two decades, during which she has worked in more than 70 films. She shared the screen space with almost every A-lister of south India. She even worked with Emraan Hashmi in Awaarapan and Ajay Devgn in Drishyam.
Shriya has been very reserved about her personal life. She never revealed anything about her now-husband Andrei Koscheev. She kept her relationship away from the media glare. The reports of her dating her Russian boyfriend came out only when she decided to take her relationship to the next level in March this year.
Talking about Andrei Koscheev, he was born in St Petersburg in Russia. He is currently living with his mother Natalya Koscheeva and brother Nikita Koscheeva. He graduated from Stockholm School of Economics. Being an adventurous person, he likes to travel and drive.
