On Saturday morning, Shivaji left the house leaving the door half closed. Neighbours saw Rohan's body lying in a pool of blood and called in police, who arrested 45-year-old Nanda.

Initially, Nanda tried to deceive police by saying she had killed her son in a fit of rage, but later she admitted her husband Shivaji helped her in carrying out the murder.
