Uttar Pradesh accident: In a shocking incident, two teenagers were killed while another sustained serious injury when their motorcycle was hit by a bus near Motigarpur in Uttar Pradesh's Sultanpur district. According to the police, the incident occurred on Thursday evening on the Lucknow-Ballia national highway.
"All three were seriously injured in the accident. They were taken to the community health centre in Motigarpur, where two of them were declared dead," SHO of Motigarpur police station Raj Kumar Verma said.
He further said that the deceased have been identified as Ankit Yadav (18) and Sachin Yadav (16), the SHO said, adding the bodies have been sent for autopsy.

Earlier on April 2, a bus fell into a ditch on the Mussoorie-Dehradun road claiming two lives. As per the information provided by the Mussoorie police, all the passengers were injured in the accident.
According to police, the accident occurred near the ITBP camp. The injured were pulled out of the 70-metre-deep gorge and rushed to a hospital where the condition of three is said to be serious.
The accident took place apparently after the brakes of the bus failed, police said. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami expressed grief at the accident and asked officials to make all arrangements for the treatment of the injured.
