  • This sight could have been a normal graduation ceremony if instead of masks, fatigues and holding AK 47 they had wore caps, gowns and held degrees. It is ISIS' way to send a message to its potential recruits that it has created a professional, deadly and well equipped force ready to protect its expanding Caliphate.
