Sara Ali Khan and Sushant Singh Rajput
Sara Ali Khan is one such actress who made a promising debut last year. The actress impressed everyone with her performance in Sushant Singh Rajput starrer Kedarnath. The movie directed by Abhishek Kapoor fared well at the box office with a mixed response from audience and critics. Sara, then later went to feature in Simmba, which released in the same month. Both the movies did quite well as far as their respective budgets are concerned.
On the personal front, Sara has been in news since the time she confessed having a crush on Kartik Aaryan. Besides, her dating rumours with Kedarnath co-star Sushant Singh Rajput also made the rounds only to be proved false later. However, both Sara and Sushant continue to remain good friends. Sharing an interesting detail about their friendship, Sara revealed that they both talk to each other only in Hindi.
Sara revealed that when Sushant met her for the first time, he instantly realised that her Hindi diction needs improvement. The actor told Sara that from then on they will only speak in Hindi so that she can be fluent in the language. ''My Hindi used to be really bad earlier so it feels good when I get so many compliments now with people saying, “Bachchon mein sabse saaf iski Hindi hai.” Learning to speak the language right was my main prep for my debut film Kedarnth. In fact, the first time Sushant met me, he immediately noted my flawed diction and told me, Teri Hindi saaf nahi hai, ab se hum sirf Hindi mein baat karenge.” So for every compliment that I get, I give a 100 per cent credit to Sushant with whom even now I only converse in Hindi,” Sara Ali Khan said in an interview with Mumbai Mirror.
Sara also added that there are times when it is easier to express one’s feelings and thoughts in Hindi as compared to English as you are in loss of the correct words. Sara also gave credit to her mom Amrita Singh for correcting her Hindi.
On the professional front, Sara hasn't announced her next project yet. However, she is rumoured to be in remakes of films such as Coolie No.1 and Love Aaj Kal.
