India has amped up its efforts to prevent entry of Coronavirus into India.
Chinese health authorities announced on Thursday that 571 confirmed cases of pneumonia caused by the novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) had been reported in 25 provincial-level regions in the country by the end of Wednesday. A total of 393 suspected cases have been reported, according to the National Health Commission (NHC).
Chinese health authorities urged people in the city of Wuhan to avoid crowds and public gatherings, after warning that a new viral illness that has infected more than 400 people and killed at least nine could spread further.
White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders said that the Trump administration has had good relations with both India and China and wanted things to continue the same way in the future.
