New Delhi: A toddler was allegedly raped by her 35-year-old neighbour in outer Delhi's Alipur area, police said yesterday.

The incident occurred when the accused, Manjeet Pandey, took the two-year-old girl out on the pretext of playing with the toddler. However, he took her to a secluded place and allegedly raped her, police said.
