New Delhi, Feb 6: Supporters of pro-Naxalite AISA (All India Students Association), pro-CPI AISF (All India Students Federation) and pro-CPI-M SFI (Students Federation of India) today staged a noisy protest against Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi outside Delhi University's Sriram College of Commerce.

The students shouted "Narendra Modi go back", nearly an hour before the BJP leader was due to address the Business Conclave at SRCC.

Holding placards of AISA and SFI, the students shouted anti-Modi slogans.

Pro-BJP teachers union All Democratic Teachers Federation staged a counter-protest and shouted slogans in support of Modi.

Delhi Police had a tough time keeping the protesters at bay.
