In Deoria, eastern UP, Rahul Gandhi told the voters that Congress governments have developed the metros of Mumbai and Delhi, and people from UP who go to work in these metros have themselves seen the development that Congress did in these cities.
"In Rajasthan, the Congress has supplied irrigation water to land near deserts, and round-the-clock electricity. Why don't you get electricity here? ", Rahul Gandhi asked the voters.
