Bhubaneswar: The dying declaration by the molestation victim at Seven Hills Hospital in Visakhapatnam who was burnt by a goon in Odisha's Rayagada district, makes disturbing reading.

"The sir who helped me join the school called me from the market to stay in his home. He asked me to sleep in an outside room. At dead of night, she came to me and started misbehaving. I tried to scream, but since he was strong, he clapped his palm over my mouth and threatened me not to scream. He then requested me not to shout and went away.
