Manhattan: In an unusual incident, a 32-year-old man in Manhattan is arrested for shooting his mom inside her apartment at 224 E. 28th Street in Kips Bay. According to the police, the incident took place just before 9 a.m. on Friday, when the man (name not revealed) shot his mom in the back, and then walked her to the hospital.

Media reports say that the man used a .380 Caliber gun to shoot his mother on the back. He then took the lady to the Bellevue Hospital before fleeing from the scene of crime.

However, later the 32 year man returned to the crime spot to ask neighbors about his mother's status.

According to an eye witness: "He (the accused man) was standing between for hours and asked what's happening, what's going on".
