Her mother Sandhya in a recent interview said that ever since her children got arrested, she hasn't been able to sleep or eat properly. Not only this, but she even gave a shocking statement saying that her family has been destroyed and the only way she thought to end this was by committing suicide.

Rhea Chakraborty's lawyer Satish Maneshinde told India TV, "Pleased with the High Court verdict. NCB has falsely implicated Rhea Chakraborty. Rhea should not have been kept in custody for even a single day."

The lawyer said, "We are happy with the order of the Hon'ble Bombay High Court that Rhea Chakraborty has been granted bail. Truth and justice prevailed. Rhea's arrest and detention were completely unfair and beyond the reach of the law. Witchhunt by three Central agencies- CBI, ED and NCB, must come to an end. We are committed to truth.
