A 27-year-old girl was strangled to death at a hotel in Paharganj area of Delhi on Thursday. The girl had gone to the hotel with her boyfriend. The boy is alleged to have murdered her, police said.
The police have registered a case against the boy who is absconding. The police have launched a manhunt to nab the accused. The police have sent the body for post-mortem.
According to the police, it received a call from the hotel about a girl lying unconscious in one of the rooms. Cops rushed the girl to a local hospital where she was declared brought dead.
Later, the girl was identified as Alka who lived in Uttam Nagar area of North-West Delhi.
