The girl had gone to Yaripora Boniyar with her family members to attend a marriage function.
The accused allegedly overpowered the girl and took her around 1 km away and raped her.
The accused had threatened her of dire consequences in case she told anyone about this incident.
But, the minor, however, narrated the whole incident to one of her relatives after which the family of the rape survivor approached the local police.
The accused have been identified as Zubair Ahmad Khan, Yasir Ahmad Abbasi, Rashid Lateef and Amir Parvez. "Zubair and Yasir have been arrested while hunt is on to nab the other two accused," they added.
There has been an upward spiral in the incidents of crimes against children in the last few years in Kashmir valley. This is the third incident reported in the last three days and sixth in 3 months.
A 15-year-old girl was allegedly abducted and raped by a police constable in Kangan in central Kashmir district of Ganderbal on June 18. Meanwhile, a 12-year-old girl student was allegedly raped by her 60-year-old tuition teacher in Pantha Chowk in Srinagar outskirts on June 17.
In April, a minor girl was allegedly raped by one Gul Mohammad Sheikh in south Kashmir district of Anantnag. In another incident a 4-year-old girl was allegedly raped by one Gowher Ahmad in Pampore in south Kashmir district of Pulwama in May.
Meanwhile, a 13-year-old girl was allegedly gangraped by two youths in mountainous Kishtwar district of Jammu region in June.
