New Delhi: Dilip Chhabra, a Pitampura-based businessman engaged in money exchange, was robbed of Rs 18 lakh cash on Friday night by armed robbers on Azadpur flyover.

The businessman was returning home in his Swift car, when the robbers, in an Esteem car, blocked his vehicle, fired at him and took away his bag containing Rs 18 lakh cash.

Chhabra has been admitted to hospital in serious condition.

Delhi police has launched a manhunt for the robbers.
