The S5 offers more storage than the iPhone 5S. It comes in 16GB and 32GB variants. In 16 GB model, users will have access to only 8.65GB of storage limited mainly by system memory and miscellaneous files on the device. The S5 includes a micro SD card that supports up to 64GB of added storage. On the other hand, the iPhone 5S has 1GB of RAM and 16, 32, or 64 models for internal storage (non-expandable).
