The Taliban on Tuesday announced Mullah Mohammad Hasan Akhunzada, chief of its powerful decision-making body 'Rehbari Shura', as the head of the Islamic State of Afghanistan while Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar will serve as his deputy.
