But Panesar played poorly. And the eight-wicket defeat in Melbourne saw him dropped for final Test in Sydney which Australia won.

Alison spotted him back on Tinder shortly after he was axed from the team. “He's active every day on there,” she added.

“It's strange that he's on there when he should be ¬concentrating on playing cricket,” she said.
