6. Priyanka Gandhi and Robert Vadra: Another Gandhi love story began in Delhi when Priyanka and Robert met for the first time in an Italian home in Delhi. They met at a party which was arranged by their common Italian friends. A little exchange of conversation made them develop a liking for each other. Priyanka, belonged to the first political family of India and Robert was a commoner, a soft spoken man. After a few meetings and some serious feelings developed, the coupled unleashed the relationship. Initially, the Gandhi family did not approve of it but Priyanka stood firm like her grandmother and the wedlock took place in a private ceremony in Delhi. The guest list was curtailed to 150 and the entire marriage ceremony was kept a hush-hush affair by the Nehru family. Together they have a two children and Raihan and Miraya.
