Prime Minister Narendra Modi also slammed the Congress-led UPA for not doing justice to Other Backward Classes (OBCs). A few days ago, Karpoori Thakur ji was conferred with Bharat Ratna. In 1970, when he became Bihar CM, what not was done to destabilise his government... Congress can't tolerate OBCs...They keep counting how many OBCs are there in govt. Can’t you (Congress) see the biggest OBC here?" he added. 

PM Narendra Modi said that the third term of his government is not very far now. "Only 100-125 days remain to... I don't go into numbers but I can see the mood of the country. It will make the NDA cross 400 and BJP will definitely get 370 seats...The third term will be about taking very big decisions...," he added. 

Speaking in the Lok Sabha, Prime Minister Narendra Modi also attacked the Opposition's I.N.D.I.A bloc. "Alliance ka hi alignment bigad gaya...," he added. 

Prime Minister Narendra Modi said Congress always underestimated the people of India. The party's trust has always been only on one family, he added. "It was Nehru ji's thinking that Indians were slow workers...Indira Gandhi also had the same thing...", the Prime Minister said in the Lok Sabha. 

Prime Minister Modi referred to the 2014 interim Budget, highlighting a significant transformation in India's economic standing. Back then, India was the 11th largest economy, and presently, it has ascended to the 5th position. The Prime Minister criticized the Congress for their apparent silence on this noteworthy progress, suggesting that they have lost not only their voice but also the ability to dream. "Today, India is the 5th largest economy and yet they (Congress) are silent...They had even lost the ability to dream...It is Modi’s guarantee that in our third term, India will be the third largest economic power...", he added. 

Prime Minister Modi launched a direct attack on the Congress, asserting that the party's sluggish pace has no competition. He pointedly criticized the lack of momentum within the Congress, highlighting the party's perceived inability to match the pace set by others. Made 4 crore houses for the rural poor. If we had moved with Congress' speed, it would have taken 100 years," he added. 

Speaking in the Lok Sabha, Prime Minister Narendra Modi claimed that India will be the third-largest economy in his third term. "It's Modi's guarantee," he added. 

As an Opposition MP raised the issue of there not being anything for minorities in President's Address, PM Narendra Modi said, "Maybe fishermen are not from the minority in your place, maybe animal herders are not from the minority in your place, maybe farmers are not from the minority in your place, maybe women are not from the minority in your place...What has happened to you?... How long will you keep thinking about divisions? How long will you keep dividing the society?..."

Taking a potshot at Rahul Gandhi, PM Modi said Congress failed to launch a single product again and again. "I see that many of you (Opposition) have even lost the courage to contest elections. Some seats were changed last time too, I have heard that many people are looking to change their seats this time as well. I have also heard that many people now want to go to Rajya Sabha instead of Lok Sabha. They are looking for their paths by assessing the situation," he added. 

Prime Minister Modi attributed the current state of the Opposition to the Congress, holding them accountable for missed opportunities during their ten-year tenure. He emphasized that despite ample chances, Congress failed in fulfilling its duties. "They (Opposition) failed to fulfill their responsibility as opposition...I have always said that the country needs a good opposition," he added. 

Speaking in the Lok Sabha, Prime Minister Narendra Modi claimed that the Opposition has decided to remain in Opposition for a long time. "You (Opposition)have taken a resolution to remain in the Opposition…the people of India will give you their blessings…," he added. 

Opposition members created a noisy scene in the Rajya Sabha when question number 18 related to the aviation sector was skipped inadvertently by Deputy Chairman Harivansh during Question Hour. Jaya Bachchan (SP), Deepender Singh Hooda (Congress) and other opposition members sought to know the reasons for skipping question number 18 and taking up question number 19 related to Polavaram irrigation project. The deputy chairman said it happened inadvertently but the opposition members were not convinced. Then Rajya Sabha Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar asked the members to calm down and told them the question number 18 will be taken up after question 1
