Tiger Zinda Hai box-office collection: Salman Khan’s film mints Rs 333.58 in 31 days

Tiger Zinda Hai that was released on December 22 is doing wonders at the box-office.

Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif starrer Tiger Zinda Hai is unstoppable. The Dabangg Khan’s movie is being loved by everyone and, it is roaring at the box-office. The movie that was released on December 22 has completed its 31 days at the box-office earning a whopping Rs 333.58 crore. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter and announced that Tiger Zinda Hai earned Rs 206.04 crore till week 1, Rs 85.51 crore (week 2), Rs 27.31 (week 3), Rs 10.89 crore (week 4). Last Saturday and Sunday, the movie went on to earn Rs 3.83 crore. In a separate tweet, Adarsh also said that the film has shown upward trend on Saturday and Sunday. 

Tiger Zinda Hai earned Rs 150 cr mark in just five days. The movie is Salman’s 12th consecutive Rs 100-crore film and his fifth film to enter Rs 200-crore club. Interestingly, it is Salman’s third 300 cr film.

Salman enjoys huge fan following, thus, trade pundits have already predicted that Tiger Zinda Hai is going to do wonders at the box office.

The movie is the sequel to 2012 film Ek Tha Tiger and featured actress Katrina Kaif opposite Salman. The project was helmed by filmmaker Ali Abbas Zafar.

On a related note, Salman Khan is currently busy shooting his next film Race 3, which also features Anil Kapoor, Daisy Shah and Jacqueline Fernandez.

Remo D'Souza, who is directing the third instalment of successful franchise Race, was all praise for Salman Khan in a recent interview. “I don't have words to express how it feels to work with him. As a director, I can't say that it was amazing, really, there are no words. You have to be with him, be on the set. When you stand before him, then you realize what you are doing."
