She made it through women's reservation ticket given by Millat Party. Ayla was Member of National Assembly (MNA) through National Alliance (Pakistan) from 2002 to 2007.

National Alliance (Pakistan) was a coalition government that was formed under the Prime Ministership of Ghulam Mustafa Jatoi.
