Women should be more alert while posting pictures on social media, suggests celeb hacker

Kolkata: India's only ‘ethical hacker' Ankit Fadia says to stop cyber crimes vulnerable targets like women, should be more alert about posting their pics. 

Admitting that a large section of cyber crime victims are women, Fadia suggests any suspicion or misgivings should not be glossed over and steps like removing the pics should be initiated and any perceived offence should be brought to the notice of cyber crime cell of respective police department.  

Fadia also advocated the smart phone users to be on guard at WiFi zones at offices, malls, plexes, coffee shops with the possibility of their data being hacked.  

“The tech-savvy Indians are more gullible to fifth dimension of warfare - from cyberspace. Through smart phones,” country's only recognized ethical hacker who advises companies and governments and train school children, said.  

“Switching off blue tooth and not much fiddling with social network site at WIFI zones is one option,” he said.  Fadia had brought out his new book dwelling beyond computers and digital devices in his 16th book ‘SOCIAL; 50 Ways to Improve Your Professional Life' after the best seller on ethical hacking.
