Sea serpents wash ashore California, big quake coming?

In Japan, It is believed that the Oarfish rise to surface before an imminent earthquake.







In fact it is said that over a dozen of oarfish either washed ashore or were caught in nets, just a few months before the 8.9 magnitude earthquake hit northeast japan, causing massive destruction leading to nuclear radiation.
