Chicken pakoras
What you need: 500g boneless chicken, 2 tablespoons besan, 2 tablespoons plain flour, chili powder, salt to taste, 6-7 garlic cloves, 1/4 tsp white pepper powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala 1 tsp coriander powder, 2 tsp lemon juice
How to make it: For the marinade mix garlic, white pepper powder, garam masala, coriander powder, lemon juice, chili powder and salt.
Let the chicken marinate in it for 40 minutes to an hour. Then dip the chicken strips in the besan-flour batter and fry till golden brown.
Serve piping hot!
