Green Tea: We all know that green tea is rich in antioxidants hence, it helps in preventing hair fall. For this you have to soak tea bags in cups of hot water depending on the length of your hair. After it gets cooled, pour over your scalp and hair and gently massage. Keep it for an hour and then rinse it with cold water.
Beetroot juice: Beetroot has plenty of nutrients including vitamin C, B6, potassium and manganese. All of them are vital for hair growth. To treat your hair with beetroot remedy, boil 7-8 beetroot leaves and them grind it with 5-6 henna leaves. Keep this paste on your hair for at least 20 minutes before cleaning it with warm water.
Aloe Vera: Aloe Vera has multiple benefits and it works amazingly for skin, blood, hair, etc. For preparing aloe vera home remedy, extract its pulp and apply on hair. Leave it for 45 minutes before rinsing it with water. Repeat this 3-4 times a week.
Onion Juice: Onion has antibacterial properties and contains sulfur which helps in increasing blood circulation to the hair follicles. To extract onion juice, grind the onion and squeeze the juice. Apply on your scalp with cotton and leave it for an hour. Wash it off and then clean your hair with shampoo.
Amla: Vitamin C is also one of the reasons of hair fall and one fruit that has ample of this vitamin is amla or Indian Gooseberry. It has anti-inflammatory and exfoliating properties which promote hair growth and prevent premature greying. Mix amla powder with lime juice and massage your scalp and hair with it. Wear shower cap and keep it for an hour before washing it off.
