New Delhi: Every effort has been made to protect the girls against the crime in India, but its national capital, Delhi is considered to be most unsafe for girls, which has maximum number of crime cases.

A school cab driver has been arrested for allegedly molesting a minor 5th standard school girl. Police have arrested the accused cab drive from Shakarpur, East-Delhi.

A complained was filed by the victims family members in the Sahkarpur police station against the cab driver Dharmendra, the accused school cab driver has been charged with molestation under the Sec 10, POSCO Act, said the police.

The 5th standard school girl told that the cab driver molested her and used to touch her private parts in the moving cab.

Taking the note on the seriousness of the case, police nabbed Dharmendra, the accused driver and also under took the school cab in their custody.

Whereas, when questioned by the police, accuse is claiming himself innocent in the case, said police.

Further investigation in the case in under process by the police.
