Wind speed in Delhi brought a slight improvement in the air quality on Monday, however, the overall air quality continued to remain in the 'severe' category. Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has said Delhi alone cannot fight the air pollution and that the neighboring states should also contribute to efforts leading to reduction in air pollution.
