I therefore demand an urgent enquiry by Your Lordship to find out at whose instance it was leaked to the law ministry and to the press even before the Full Court can consider it on 05.12.13 or before Your Lordship could pass any order on it on the same day. I see in the whole game a palpable design to malign me at the instance of interested quarters.
