Ahead of the fourth phase of polling, Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed a rally in Telangana's Mahabubnagar on Friday. Speaking at the poll-bound rally, PM Modi took a veiled dig at Rahul Gandhi, referring to him as the Congress's Shehzada, and stated that the grand-old party harbors animosity towards Hindus and Hindu festivals, which is now being exposed daily.

He mentioned that the Congress opposed the construction of the Ram Temple and considered celebrating Ram Navami as an anti-India activity. "The Shehzada's guru even went ahead to say that the Ram Temple should not have been built. He further stated that the construction of the Ram Temple and celebrating Ram Navami are anti-India and against the idea of India... If you want to visit Ayodhya and celebrate Ram Navami, does that make you anti-India? Congress aims to relegate Hindus to second-class citizens in their own country. Is this why they talk about vote-jihad," PM Modi added.

Further elaborating more on the Congress's alleged 'anti-Hindu mentality', (as BJP referred), PM Modi said, "Congress is anti-Hindu by mentality... Congress is fully involved in giving the reservation of SC, ST, and OBC to Muslims on the basis of religion...Remember one thing, Vanchit ka jo adhikaar hai, Modi uska chaukidar hai." The Prime Minister during his speech also highlighted the challenges faced by farmers, PM Modi stated, "The farmers here are forced to migrate for labor, and the state government is not allowing irrigation projects to move forward. Congress made false promises of loan waivers to the farmers. If Congress has given anything, it is betrayal and betrayal!"

Meanwhile, PM Modi also hit out at Congress party for 'Sam Pitroda's' racist remarks against Indians. PM Modi said, "They have said that the people of South India are Africans. They think the people of Telangana look African. Do you know why? Because they don't like the color of your skin. Who is African, and who is Indian? Now Congress will decide this based on our colour.”
