As we know regular and rigorous exercise leads to weight loss. Sex indeed helps in trimming down your body and cuts down those layers of fat around you. It is believed to be the only exercise you would love to do without failure, how else can you club exercise with fun.


 Going by the standard fact, having normal sex for about 25-30 minutes can help you to burn upto 100 calories. But hey, it is just an advice to involve in 'Sex'-ercise, don't just go exercising everyday or you could end up feeling exhausted, tired and dull.
