xxix. I take an exception that, notwithstanding the Full court's resolution dated 05.12.2013 that complaints against retired judges are not entertainable by th court on administrative side, it was under your Lordship's direction on the administrative side that the report in the case of a retired judge was put up on the website of the Supreme Court.

xxx. Under this situation I regret to say that due process was denied to me apart from lack of basic courtesies being not extended to me.

xxxi. I am pained that an institution for which I worked tirelessly during a short tenure has allowed this to pass.

xxxii. Although I have been pained by the unfolding of these events, even then I may assure you that in my career, both on nd off the Bench, I have conducted myself above reproach.
