Almost 122 players from Chattisgarh participated in the sporting event which was held in Panchkula, Haryana. These athletes participated in around 13 games. Team Chattisgarh have won 2 golds, 3 silver, and 6 bronze medals taking their tally to 11.
The event was scheduled for February 15 onwards this year and the fresh dates will be announced after reviewing the Covid situation.
Athletes from 27 states and Union Territories are competing in the Games which will conclude on March 2.
JandK government has organised a mesmerising night skiing event in Gulmarg district. Gulmarg is world famous ski and tourist resort in north Kashmir of JandK. It will see around 1200 athletes from different parts of the country participating in the second edition of the five-day long 'Khelo India Winter Games'.

The first inter-college sports festival was organised under 'Khelo India' at Govt PG College in Jammu and Kashmir's Rajouri.

Addressing a press conference, AASU leadership said the organisation is keeping a "close watch" on the forthcoming T20 match between India and Sri Lanka on January 5 in Guwahati and the 'Khelo India' games scheduled from January 10 to 22, 2020.
