Bangalore: The Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) has a long-term plan for Mars exploration.
Despite the West trying to make fun of India splurging Rs 450 crore on this mission, ISRO chairman K. Radhakrishnan says, it's not for pride but because of the need to explore Maras for a future habitat that the ISRO has geared up.
"May be 20 years..30 years from, now...it's possible", he told the news agency PTI while referring to the colonisation angle.
