Vidhu Jain's grieving father Navneet Jain said, after seeing the video, it is clear that Vidhu was burnt to death by at least two persons, and the police should explain why they are dealying the probe.

SSP Mandeep Singh Sidhu however said, it was not a new video as some people had shot it on their cellphone, when people were waiting for an ambulance to take the boy to the hospital.

Sidhu claimed that even the police had a copy of the video, which has been sent to the Forensic Science Laboratory in Chandigarh for examination.

Sidhu said, some people uploaded this video two months back in order to sensationalise the matter, which was threatening to turn into a communal issue.

The SSP however says, there is nothing in the video prima facie for the police to take action against the persons who uploaded the video.
