Jodhpur/Ahmedabad: The entire sexual assault case against self-styled godman Asaram Bapu now hinges on a single Class 2 admission document lying in a remote primary school of Shahjahanpur, deep inside the dust bowl of Uttar Pradesh. The document relates to the date of birth of the sexual assault victim as mentioned in her Class 2 admission records.

Media reports said, Jodhpur police has been trying hard since the last one month to obtain the primary school admission records from Shahjahanpur. So far two additional DCP (crime and vigilance) from Jodhpur have gone to Shahjahanpur but had to return empty-handed.
