The order states that Sharjeel agreed to spot fix while playing for Islamabad United against Peshawar Zalmi in the PSL.
The successful hosting of the PSL final at Lahore earlier this year gave the PCB enough confidence to schedule a T20 series against the World XI in collaboration with the ICC.

Akmal has been in trouble since he had an altercation with Arthur at the National Cricket Academy last month.
Sharjeel, Khalid Latif and Shahzaib Hasan are facing charges for a number of breaches of the anti-corruption code of the PCB while playing for their respective teams in the PSL.
The tainted cricketer says he has reservations over the decision announced by the three- member Anti-Corruption tribunal of the Pakistan Cricket Board.
PCB Chairman, Najam Sethi said the Anti-Corruption Tribunal verdict is a vindication of board's policy of zero tolerance for corrupt practices.
The PCB is said to be paying the players between USD 75,000 and USD 100,000 for the short tour that will be held from September 11 to 15.
Attempts by Khalid to challenge the tribunal in the Lahore High Court also failed, not once but twice.
Akmal has accused Arthur of abusing him and barring him from practicing at the National Cricket Academy (NCA).
The skipper believes that it would be a golden chance for the young Pakistan players to play international matches in front of their home crowd which would in turn also help in boosting their morale.
Zimbabwe and Afghanistan are the only foreign countries to tour Pakistan for short limited-overs series since terrorists attacked a Sri Lankan cricket team bus in Lahore in 2009.
This will be the first time in nine years that Pakistan cricket fans will get to witness a season of international cricket in their country since the attack on the Sri Lankan team bus in Lahore.
The PCB issued a strongly worded statement, condemning the reckless tweets made by Akmal with regards to his omission from the Champions Trophy squad.
Earlier, Akmal had accused Pakistan head coach Mickey Arthur of abusing him and barring him from practising at the National Cricket Academy (NCA).
PCB chairman, Najam Sethi said the report by the security company would decide the planned tour by the World XI to Lahore followed by a visit by the Sri Lankan team for one or two T20 matches.
The Pakistan Cricket Board has served Umar Akmal a show cause notice after the batsman claimed that he was abused by chief coach Mickey Arthur.
The security team would try to find out whether Pakistan would manage to provide all the necessary security arrangements to the teams or not.
But Sethi made it clear that the PCB would be pursuing its compensation claim against the BCCI before the ICC disputes resolution committee.
