Born on 30 June 1978, Luciana is a Peruvian politician. At the age of 14, she became General Secretary of the Aprista Party's youth wing. In 2002, she was made  an advisor to the Women's commission of the Peruvian Congress. Later on, she became advisor to to the Vice President of Congress, her mentor Mercedes Cabanillas.
