Here is what retd Justice Ganguly wrote to the CJI:

"Dear Chief Justice,

You have been one of my dear colleagues and now the Chief justice of india.  I have been distressed by some recent happenings. I am anguished that the Supreme Court under your Lordship did not address me correctly.
 
After a deep consideration of all tht is going on in the media, both electronic and print, with reference to some allegations of an intern about me, I am constrained to break my silence.
