RBI Cuts The Repo Rate To 6% Effective Immediately, Announces Governor Sanjay Malhotra

RBI has announced that it will cut the repo rate to 6%. Governor Sanjay Malhotra said, "The MPC (Monetary Policy Committee) voted unanimously to reduce the policy repo rate by 25 basis points to 6 % per cent with immediate effect."
