After Haider Ali, Haris Rauf and Shadab Khan, seven more Pakistan cricketers on Tuesday tested positive for coronavirus, taking the total count to ten.
Former Pakistan wicketkeeper Rashid Latif said that it is difficult to predict the outcome of the series as both the teams are playing in unprecedented circumstances.
The Pakistan squad of 29 players and 14 officials is due to take a chartered flight to London where they will spend 14 days in quarantine in Derbyshire.
The results have hence put their participation in the impending England tour in doubt.

The first test will be taken on Monday and the second on Wednesday when the cricketers assemble in Lahore for departure.
In the 2019-20 season, the PCB had offered 192 contracts to the domestic cricketers of which 186 cricketers had accepted the contracts.
