Bhiwani(Haryana): In a fallout of the infamous pepper spray incident inside Indian Parliament, some miscreants played a prank on Wednesday by using pepper spray inside the library of Vaish College here, leaving three girl students and a female teacher unconscious.

College principal Buddhadev Arya sent the girls and teacher to hospital, after the girls sitting in the library complaied of irritation in their eyes and uneasiness in breathing.

Police was called in and the matter is being investigated, said DSP Amit Bhatia.

Police believe some college students might have played a prank on the girls sitting inside the library.

A cause has been filed against unidentified people under Sec 352 (assault or use of criminal force) and 284 (negligence with respect to poisonous substances) of Indian Penal Code, based on a complaint filed by the principal.
